RESOLUTION NO. 2003-192
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE DEMOLITION OF
THE PINE STREET SCHOOL AND THE RESIDENTIAL
STRUCTURES AT 3354, 3366, 3340, 3344, AND 3348 MADISON
STREET, PROJECT NO. 3802-2.
WHEREAS, the Demolition of the Pine Street School and the Residential Structures at 3354,
3366, 3340, 3344, and 3384 Madison Street has been completed to the City’s satisfaction by Whillock
Contracting, Inc. on January 3, 2003; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the Demolition of the Pine Street School and the Residential Structures at 3354,
3366, 3340, 3344, and 3348 Madison Street, specifically identified as Project No. 3802-2, is deemed
complete and is hereby accepted by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to execute and
record the Notice of Completion for the Demolition of the Pine Street School and residential structures
at 3354, 3366,3340, 3344, and 3348 Madison Street, Project
NO. 3802-2.
4. That the City Clerk is directed to release all bonds on Project No. 3802-2 in accordance
with State Law and City Ordinances.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council held
on the 15thday of JULY , 2003 by the following vote, to wit:
