RESOLUTION NO. 2003-224
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, TO QUITCLAIM AN EXISTING SLOPE
AND TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT ACROSS A
PORTION OF CARLSBAD TRACT 92-03.
WHEREAS, the slope and temporary construction easement across a portion of CT 92-03
IS no longer in use; and
WHEREAS, the slope and temporary construction easement is no longer needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
Salifornia, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That Carlsbad City Council quitclaim the existing slope and temporary construction
sasement across a portion of CT 92-03.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council
ield on the 19th day of AUGUST ,2003 by the following vote, to wit:
