RESOLUTION NO. 2o03-226
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING AN EASEMENT FOR
PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES TO SAN DIEGO GAS AND
ELECTRIC COMPANY FOR A PORTION OF APN 156-301-11
AND 156-301-14
WHEREAS, San Diego Gas and Electric Company has submitted a request for granting a
public easement over a portion of APN 156-301-1 1 and 156-301-14; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined that it is in the
public interest to grant said easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the Easement conveying a public utility easement to San Diego Gas and
Electric Company over a portion of APN 156-301-1 1 and 156-301-14 is
approved.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council on the
19th day of AUGUST 2003, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Finnila, Kulchin, Packard
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Hal
