RESOLUTION NO. 2003- 278
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO
THE PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the term of Scott Pieratt expired in August, 2003;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the following person is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the Parks
and Recreation Commission for a term to expire August, 2007:
Jim Craig
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council
held on the 215t day of October , 2003, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Finnila, Kulchin, Hall and Packard
