RESOLUTION NO. 2003- 292
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER
TO THE SENIOR COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the term of Arthur Serrin expired in September, 2003;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California, as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the following person is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the
Senior Commission for a term to expire September, 2007:
Mike O’Connell
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
Souncil held on the 4th day of November , 2003, by the following vote, to wit:
4YES: Council Members Lewis, Finnila, Kulchin, Hall and Packard
