RESOLUTION NO. O0 3-3
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE ClTY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A DONATION OF
ARTWACTS AND MEMORABILIA RELATED TO ACTOR LEO
CARRILLO AND RANCHO DE LOS QUIOTES ESTIMATED AT A
VALUE OF FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5,000) IN SUPPORT OF
LEO CARRILLO RANCH HISTORIC PARK
WHEREAS, the Clty Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, wishes to accept this donation
and acknowledge the generosity and support of Ms. Dawn Amos who donated these artifacts and
memorabilia.
WHRERAS, the donation articles were subsequently received by the Parks and Recreation
Commission and recommended for accepfance by the Carlsbad City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City does hereby accept the donation totaling a value of five thousand dollars ($5,000).
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council held
onthe 16th day Of DECEKBER ,2003 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members LewmFinnila, Kulchin, Hall and Packard
