2003-327 RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A DONATION OF
ARTIFACTS AND MEMORABILIA RELATED TO ACTOR LEO
CARRILLO AND RANCHO DE LOS QUOTES ES’hMATED AT A
VALUE OF TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($2,000) IN SUPPORT OF
LEO CARRILLO RANCH HISTORIC PARK
WHEREAS, the City Council ofthe City of Carlsbad, California, wishes to accept this donation
and acknowledge the generosity and support of Mr. and Mrs. Clay Bar&els who donated these artifacts and
memorabilia.
WHEREAS, the donation articles were subsequently received by the Parks and Recreation
Commission and recommended for acceptance by the Carlsbad City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
CalifOmk& as fbllows:
1. That the above recitations are true and cofzect.
2. That the City does hereby accept the donation totaling a due of two thousand dollars ($2,000).
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council held
onthe 16th dayof DECEMBER ,2003 by the following vote, to wit:
