A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING SIX FINAL MAPS FOR
AREAS 6 THRU 10 AND PLANNING AREA 12,
ANDAUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO PROCESS THE
MAPS FOR RECORDING.
CARLSBAD TRACT CT 02-14, BRESSI RANCH PLANNING
WHEREAS, Bressi Garden Lane, LLC, as owner, submitted six final maps known as
Carlsbad Tract CT 02-14 Planning Areas 6 thru 10 and Planning Area 12 to the City of Carlsbad
for approval; and
WHEREAS, the tentative map of Carlsbad Tract CT 02-14 with conditions, was
recommended for approval by the Planning Commission on September 17, 2003 pursuant to
Resolution 5461 and approved by the City Council on October 28, 2003 pursuant to Resolution
2003-284; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Director has determined that said maps substantially
conform to said conditionally approved tentative map; and
WHEREAS, the conditions of approval for said final maps have been completed or
secured; and
WHEREAS, the developer has offered public easements for dedication to the City of
Carlsbad; and
WHEREAS, the final maps conform to the City of Carlsbad General Plan and all
requirements of City codes and standards; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad determined it to be in the public
interest to approve said final maps.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That said six final maps known as Carlsbad Tract CT 02-14 Planning Areas 6 thru
10 and Planning Area 12, Bressi Ranch, which are on file with the Public Works Director and are
incorporated herein by reference, are accepted.
3. That the City accepts the dedications as shown on the final maps.

4. That the City Clerk is authorized to cause the six original final maps to be recorded
n the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, State of California.
5. That the City Clerk is authorized to release the maps to North American Title
Zompany for recording in the Office of the County Recorder.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council
