RESOLUTION NO. 2004-172
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE
LIBRARY BOARD OF TRUSTEES
WHEREAS, the term of Jerry Tarman expires in June, 2004;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
Zalifornia, as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the following person is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the Library
3oard of Trustees for a term which expires in June, 2008:
Jerry Tarman
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council
ield on the 18th day of May , 2004, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Finnila, Kulchin, Hall and Packard
