RESOLUTION NO. 2004-218
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION OF
THE TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT CALLE BARCELONA AND PASEO ALISO,
PROJECT NO. 3894-1.
WHEREAS, the construction of the traffic signal at Calle Barcelona and Paseo Aliso has
been completed to the City's satisfaction by T&M Electric, Inc. on April 22, 2004; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the traffic signal at Calle Barcelona and Paseo Aliso, specifically identified as
Project No. 3894-1, is deemed complete and is hereby accepted by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to execute
and record the Notice of Completion for the traffic signal at Calle Barcelona and Paseo Aliso,
Project No. 3894-1.
4. That the City Clerk is directed to release all bonds on Project No. 3894-1 in
accordance with State Law and City Ordinances.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council
held on the 6th day of July , 2004 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Finnila, Kulchin, Hall and Packard
