RESOLUTION NO. 2004- 240
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER
TO THE SENIOR COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Arthur G. Wood has resigned from the Senior Commission effective
January 1,2004;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
:arkbad, California, as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the following person is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the
Senior Commission to fill an unexpired term until September, 2005:

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
