RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
cl-RLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE
TRAFFIC SAFETY COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the term of Guy Roney expires July 2004,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the following person is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the
zarlsbad Traffic Safety Commission for a term to expire in July 2008:
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council
reld on the 27th dayof July , 2004, by the following vote, to wit:
