RESOLUTION NO. 2004-266
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE 2003/04 PAVEMENT
OVERLAY PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 3667-7.
WHEREAS, the construction of the 2003/04 Pavement Overlay project has been
:ompleted to the City’s satisfaction by Silvia Construction, Inc. on December 11, 2003; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
;alifornia, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the 2003/04 Pavement Overlay project, specifically identified as Project No.
3667-7, is deemed complete and is hereby accepted by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to execute
ind record the Notice of Completion for the 2003/04 Pavement Overlay Project, Project No. 3667-
7.
4. That the City Clerk is directed to release all bonds on Project No. 3667-7 in
iccordance with State Law and City Ordinances.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council
ield on the lothday of Auqust , 2004 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Finnila, Kulchin, Hall and Packard
