A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE
PLANNING COMMISSION

WHEREAS, Melissa White has resigned from the Planning Commission as of June 23,
2004;
WHEREAS, Julie Baker has left an unexpired term;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the following person is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the
Planning Commission for a term to expire in April, 2005:
Michael Cardosa
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council
held on the 17th dayof Auqust , 2004, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Finilla, Hall and Packard.
