RESOLUTION -NO. 2004-286
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE REHABILITATION OF THE NORTH AGUA HEDIONDA INTERCEPTOR SEWER -
EASTERN SEGMENT. PROJECT NO. 3874-1.
WHEREAS, the construction of the Rehabilitation of the North Agua Hedionda Interceptor
Sewer - Eastern Segment has been completed to the City’s satisfaction by Mike Prlich and Sons,
Inc. on February 20,2004; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Rehabilitation of the North Agua Hedionda Interceptor Sewer - Eastern
Segment, specifically identified as Project No. 3874-1, is deemed complete and is hereby
accepted by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to execute
and record the Notice of Completion for the Rehabilitation of the North Agua Hedionda Interceptor
Sewer - Eastern Segment, Project No. 3874-1.
4. That the City Clerk is directed to release all bonds on Project No. 3874-1 in
accordance with State Law and City Ordinances.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council
held on the 14thday of September , 2004 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Fin.illa, Kulchin, Hall and Packard.
