RESOLUTION NO. 2004-349
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION OF POINSETTIA LANE REACH “C” AND DOMESTIC AND
RECYCLED WATER TRANSMISSION MAINS, PROJECT NOS.
3673,3585, AND 3675.
WHEREAS, the construction of Poinsettia Lane Reach “C” and Domestic and Recycled
Nater Transmission Mains has been completed to the City’s satisfaction by Orion Construction on
4pril22, 2004; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
Zalifornia, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of Poinsettia Lane Reach “C” and Domestic and Recycled
rNater Transmission Mains, specifically identified as Project Nos. 3673, 3585, and 3675 is
jeemed complete and is hereby accepted by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to execute
and record the Notice of Completion for the construction of Poinsettia Lane Reach “C” and
Domestic and Recycled Water Transmission Mains, Project Nos. 3673, 3585, and 3675.
4. That the City Clerk is directed to release all bonds on Project Nos. 3673, 3585, and
3675 in accordance with State Law and City Ordinances.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council
held on the 5th day of October , 2004 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis I FiNla I Kulchin I Hall and Packard.
