RESOLUTION NO. 2004-342
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC WORKS
DEPARTMENT SERVICE PLAN UPDATE AS PRESENTED.
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad’s Public Works Department has developed a Service
>Ian which is monitored and implemented on an annual basis; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department Service Plan is aligned with the strategic goals
if the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept the Public Works Department Service Plan
Jpdate as a continuing effort in the evolution of the Public Works Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
Zalifornia, as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the City Council hereby accepts the Public Works Department Service Plan
Jpdate as presented.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council
ield on the 26th day of October , 2004 by the following vote, to wit:
