RESOLUTION NO. 2004- 393
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE
BEACH PRESERVATION COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the term of Nora George expired in June, 2004;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the following person is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the
Carlsbad Beach Preservation Committee for a term which expires in June, 2008:
Angela Lockhart
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council
held on the 7th day of December , 2004, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Finnila, Kulchin, Hall and Packard.
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
