RESOLUTION NO. 2005-041
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION OF
THE PAVEMENT OVERLAY OF PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD,
EL CAMINO REAL, AND PASEO DEL NORTE, PROJECT NO. 3667-5.
WHEREAS, the construction of the Pavement Overlay of Palomar Airport Road,
El Camino Real, and Paseo Del Norte was completed to the City’s satisfaction by Hazard
Construction on November 22,2004; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by lhe City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of the Pavement Overlay of Palomar Airport Road, El Camino
Real, and Paseo Del Norte, specifically identified as Project No. 3667-5, is deemed complete and
is hereby accepted by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to execute
and record the Notice of Completion for the Pavement Overlay of Palomar Airport Road,
El Camino Real, and Paseo Del Norte, Project No. 3667-5.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council
held on the 15thday of February , 2005 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Hall, Kulchin, Packard, Sigafoose
