RESOLUTION NO. 2005-062
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE
PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the term of Dennis Cunningham expired in August, 2004;
WHEREAS, Dennis Cunningham has served eight years;
NOW, THEREFOREl BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
:alifornia, as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the following person is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the Parks
md Recreation Commission for a term to expire in August, 2008:
Denny L. Cooper
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council
2005, by the following vote, to wit: March day of 8th ield on the
