RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
,RLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE
ARTS COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the term of Gary Hill expires in March, 2005;
WHEREAS, Gary Hill has served less than four years;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
=alifornia, as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the following person is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the Arts
:ommission for a term to expire March, 2009.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council
