RESOLUTION NO. 2005-095
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING EL CAMINO REAL SEWER,
TAMARACK AVENUE TO CHESTNUT AVENUE, PROJECT NO.
WHEREAS, the construction of El Camino Real Sewer, Tamarack Avenue to Chestnut
4venue was completed to the City’s satisfaction by Beador Construction Company, Inc. on
3ecember 22,2004; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
=alifornia, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the El Camino Real Sewer, Tamarack Avenue to Chestnut Avenue, specifically
dentified as Project No. 3891 1, is deemed complete and is hereby accepted by the City Council
if the City of Carlsbad.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to execute
md record the Notice of Completion for El Camino Real Sewer, Tamarack Avenue to Chestnut
4venue, Project No. 3891 1.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council
ield on the 5th day of APRIL , 2005 by the following vote, to wit:
