RESOLUTION NO. 2005-1 12
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A DONATION OF
$750.00 FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT'S JUVENILE JUSTICE
PROGRAM
WHEREAS, The Carlsbad Christmas Bureau donated $750.00 to the Police Department's
Juvenile Justice Program; and
WHEREAS, The City Council wishes to accept this donation; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
Zalifornia, as follows:
1. That the City Council accept the donation of $750.00 on behalf of the citizens of
:he City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council
ield on the 19th day of April , 2005 by the following vote, to wit:
4YES:Council Members Lewis, Hall, Kulchin, Packard, Sigafoose
