RESOLUTION NO. 2005-1 35
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE
CARLSBAD COMMUNITY TELEVISION FOUNDATION
WHEREAS, the term of James Bradley expired in January, 2005, and Mr.
Bradley does not wish to be reappointed to serve as member of the Foundation;
and
WHEREAS, a vacancy now exists on the Carlsbad Community Television Foundation, for
a term expiring in January 2009;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the following person is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the
Carlsbad Community Television Foundation for a term expiring in January, 2009.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council
held on the 26th day of April , 2005, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Hall, Kulchin, Packard, Sigafoose
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Lewis II
