RESOLUTION NO. 2005-166
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A DONATION OF
$1,000.00 FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT'S JUVENILE
JUSTICE PROGRAM
WHEREAS, Astec Power, a subsidiary of Emerson Network Power, donated $1,000.00 to
the Police Department's Juvenile Justice Program; and
WHEREAS, The City Council wishes to accept this donation; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the City Council accept the donation of $1,000.00 on behalf of the citizens of
the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council
held on the 7th day of June , 2005 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Hall, Kulchin, Packard, Sigafoose
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Lewis
