RESOLUTION NO. 2005-177
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNGIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION OF
2003/04 STREET SEALING PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 3667-8.
WHEREAS, the construction of 2003/04 Street Sealing Project was completed to the City’s
satisfaction by Bond Blacktop on November 1, 2004; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the 2003/04 Street Sealing Project, specifically identified as Project No. 3667-8,
IS deemed complete and is hereby accepted by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to execute
and record the Notice of Completion for 2003/04 Street Sealing Project, Project No. 3667-8.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council
held on the 7th day of June , 2005 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Hall, Kulchin, Packard, Sigafoose
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Lewis
