RESOLUTION NO. 2005-345
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE WORK AS COMPLETE AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION OF THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR HOLIDAY PARK RESTROOM REPLACEMENT, CONTRACT NO. PKS 03-07. PROJECT NO. 38971.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has previously appropriated
nfrastructure Replacement Funds for Holiday Park Restroom Replacement, hereinafter referred
:o as the "Project"; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously awarded a contract for the Project; and
WHEREAS, the Project work has been satisfactory completed; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion has been prepared for the Project; and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds it necessary, desirable, and in the public interest
:o accept the completed work for the Holiday Park Restroom Replacement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
Salifornia, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the completed work is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is directed to
.ecord the Notice of Completion for said Project.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council
ield on the 6th day of December , 2005 by the following vote, to wit:
