RE SO LU TI 0 N NO. 2005-351
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION
OF THE RANCHO SANTA FE REALIGNMENT AND WIDENING,
PHASE 1, PROJECT NOS. 3190 AND 3887.
WHEREAS, the construction of the Rancho Santa Fe Road Realignment and Widening,
Phase 1, has been completed to the City’s satisfaction by Erreca’slHanson SJH on April 22, 2005;
and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of the Rancho Santa Fe Road Realignment and Widening,
Phase 1, specifically identified as Project Nos. 31 90 and 3887 is deemed complete and is hereby
accepted by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to execute
and record the Notice of Completion for the construction of the Rancho Santa Fe Road
Realignment and Widening, Phase 1, Project Nos. 3190 and 3887
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council
held on the 6th day Of December , 2005 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Hallfilchin, Packard, Sigafoose
NOES: None
ATTEST
