RESOLUTION NO.2006-002
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE WORK AS
COMPLETE AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION OF THE
NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR REMODELING OF THE SAFETY
CENTER AUDITORIUM. CONTRACT NO. FAC 05-03A.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has previously appropriated
Capital Improvement Funds for the Safety Center Auditorium Remodel, hereinafter referred to as
the "Project"; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously awarded a contract for the Project; and
WHEREAS, the Project work has been satisfactory completed; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion has been prepared for the Project; and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds it necessary, desirable, and in the public interest
to accept the completed work for the Safety Center Auditorium Remodel.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2 That the completed work is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is directed to
record the Notice of Completion for said Project.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council
held on the 10th day of January , 20Q£ by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Hall, Kulchin, Packard, Sigafoose
