RESOLUTION NO.2006-018
ACCEPTANCE OF A DONATION OF $4,000 TO THE
CARLSBAD CITY LIBRARY AND APPROPRIATING
THE DONATION TO THE LIBRARY GIFTS AND
BEQUESTS ACCOUNT
WHEREAS, Ralph Ziglar has donated $4,000 to the Carlsbad City
Library for the Dove Lane facility operations; and
WHEREAS, The City Council wishes to accept this gift;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council accepts the gift of $4,000 from Ralph Ziglar
on behalf of all citizens of Carlsbad, and hereby appropriates
these funds to the Library gifts and bequests account.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the ?th day of
February , 2006, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Hall, Kulchin, Packard, Siga£c
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
