RESOLUTION NO. 2006-028
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE
CARLSBAD TOURISM BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
(CTBID) ADVISORY BOARD.
WHEREAS, Bill Canepa has resigned from the Carlsbad Tourism Business
Improvement District (CTBID) leaving an unexpired term; and
WHEREAS, a vacancy now exists on the Carlsbad Tourism Business Improvement District
Advisory Board, for a term expiring in November, 2009;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the above retitations are true and correct.
2. That the following\ person is hereby appointed to/serve as a member of the
\ Vr\ V /Carlsbad Tourism Business Improvement Districn^dvisory Board, to fill the rerjjainder of a term
expiring in November, 2009.
PASSED, APPROVEELAND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council
