RESOLUTION NO. 2006 -102
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE
BEACH PRESERVATION COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, Jonathan Campbell has resigned from the Beach Preservation Committee,
from a term expiring in June, 2008;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the
Carlsbad Beach Preservation Committee to fill the remainder of a term which expires in June,
2008:
Mathew Huff
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council
held on the 18th day of April , 2006, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES:Council Members Lewis, Hall, Kulchin, Packard and Sigafoose
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
