RESOLUTION NO.2006-123
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE WORK AS
COMPLETE AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION OF THE
NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR 2006 CURB, GUTTER, &
SIDEWALK REPLACEMENT PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO.
PWS06-02STS. PROJECT NO. PWGS198.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has previously appropriated General
Funds for 2006 Curb, Gutter, & Sidewalk Replacement Program, hereinafter referred to as the
"Project"; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously awarded a contract for the Project; and
WHEREAS, the Project work has been satisfactorily completed; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion has been prepared for the Project; and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds it necessary, desirable, and in the public interest
to accept the completed work for the 2006 Curb, Gutter, & Sidewalk Replacement Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. The completed work is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is directed to record the
Notice of Completion for said Project.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council
held on the 16th day of May , 2006 by the following vote, to wit:
