RESOLUTION NO. 2006-155
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING EXISTING HOUSE AT
3368 EUREKA PLACE TO BE DECLARED SURPLUS PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, has determined that the
existing house at 3368 Eureka Place is surplus property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the existing house at 3368 Eureka Place is declared surplus property and
may be disposed of as provided in Chapter 3.29 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council
held on the 20th day of June , 2006 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Hall, Kulchin, Packard, Sigafoose
NOES: None
