1 RESOLUTION NO. 2006-215
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING DONATIONS OF
3 $550 IN CASH IN SUPPORT OF THE CARRILLO RANCH
4 TRUST FUND, LEO CARRILLO RANCH HISTORIC PARK
5
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept the donation of cash donations
6
totaling $550 in support of the Carrillo Ranch Trust Fund; and,
7
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to acknowledge the generosity and support8
9 of Joan Kindle, Volunteer Curator, whose sale of crafts generated the donated funds;
10 and.
11 WHEREAS, on June 19, 2006, the Parks and Recreation Commission received
12 donations totaling $550, and recommended acceptance by the City Council.
13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
14 Carlsbad, California, as follows:

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.

2. That the City Council does hereby accept $550 in cash.
18 3. That the City Council hereby authorizes the Finance Director to
19 appropriate the above funds into the Carrillo Ranch Trust Fund, account
20 #1494504-5651.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad held on the 1 st day of August, 2006, by the following vote:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Hall, Kulchin, Packard, Sigafoose
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
