RESOLUTION NO. 2006-232
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO
THE DESIGN REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the term of Sarah Marquez expired in October 2005;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following person is hereby appointed as the representative in the
Village Property Owner category for a term expiring in October 2009:
Darren Hamilton
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City.Council
of the City of Carlsbad on the 8th day of August , 2006 by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Packard
NOES: Council Members Hall, Sigafoose
ABSENT: None
