2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A
3 MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH
4 NEIGHBORHOOD HOUSE ASSOCIATION FOR THE
CARLSBAD CITY LIBRARY LEARNING CENTER
5 PROJECT

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, considers it
7
necessary and in the City and public's best interest to enter into and approve the8
9 Memorandum of Understanding with Neighborhood House Association for the Carlsbad
10 City Library Learning Center project; and
11 WHEREAS, there is no fiscal impact to the approval of the Memorandum of
12 Understanding with Neighborhood House Association .
13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
14 Carlsbad, California, as follows:

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.

2. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into and sign on
10 behalf of the City of Carlsbad the Memorandum of Understanding withlo
19 Neighborhood House Association.
