A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
3 CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION
CONTRACT ON NORTH BATIQUITOS INTERCEPTOR, REACH
4 6 (SEA CLIFF SEWER) ACCESS HOLE REPLACEMENTS,
PROJECT NO. 9001-1

WHEREAS, the construction of the North Batiquitos Interceptor, Reach 6 (Sea Cliff

Sewer) Access Hole Replacements has been completed to the City's satisfaction by Orion
7
Construction Corporation on June 23, 2006; and
8
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
9
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,11
California, as follows:12
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.

14 2. That the North Batiquitos Interceptor, Reach 6 (Sea Cliff Sewer) Access Hole
15 Replacements, specifically identified as Project No. 9001-1, is deemed complete and is hereby
1 g accepted by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad.
17 3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to
18 execute and record the Notice of Completion for North Batiquitos Interceptor, Reach 6 (Sea Cliff
19 Sewer) Access Hole Replacements, Project No. 9001-1.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad on the 26th day of September, 2006, by the following vote:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Hall, Kulchin, Packard, Sigafoose
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
