RESOLUTION NO. 2006-297

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
3 CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION
OF VILLAGES OF LA COSTA/THE GREENS POINSETTIA
4 LANE. PROJECT NO. CT 99-03 AS COMPLETE
5 WHEREAS, the construction of Poinsettia Land as shown on Drawing No. DWG 397-2I
6 has been completed to the City's satisfaction by Real Estate Collateral Management Company
7 and Lennar Bressi Ranch Venture LLC on March 27, 2006; and
8 WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
11 California, as follows:
12 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
13 2. That the Villages of La Costa/The Greens Poinsettia Lane, specifically identified
14 as Project No. CT 99-03 and Drawing No. DWG 397-21, is deemed complete and is hereby
15 accepted by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad.

3. That the City Manager is authorized and directed to execute the Acceptance of
17
Public Improvements for the Villages of La Costa/The Greens Poinsettia Lane, Project No. CT 99-
18
03, Drawing No. DWG 397-21.

4. That the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to
20
execute and record the Notice of Completion for the Villages of La Costa/The Greens Poinsettia
21
Lane , Project No. CT 99-03, Drawing No. DWG 397-21.

of the City of Carlsbad on the 17th day of October, 2006, by the following vote:
