CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, REFUNDING BUSINE
3 PAYMENTS TO CARTER'S IF THEY COULD JUS
4 LITTLE AND FELLY'S FISH MARKET & DELI, INC.

WHEREAS, Carter's If They Could Just Stay Little and Felly's Fish Market & Deli,

Inc. overpaid their business license taxes to the City of Carlsbad; and
7
WHEREAS, the Finance Department confirmed the overpayment by Carter's If8
9 They Could Just Stay Little and Felly's Fish Market & Deli, Inc. and verified the refund
10 amount.
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
12 Carlsbad, California, as follows:

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.

2. That the refund of business license tax of $971.00 to Carter's If They
15
Could Just Stay Little and $1,027.00 to Felly's Fish Market & Deli, Inc. is
16
authorized.17
