HomeMy WebLinkAbout2006-11-14; City Council; Resolution 2006-3361 RESOLUTION NO. 2006-336 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 3 4 5 10 11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, as follows: 13 12 follows: CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROPRIATING FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $557.25 FOR COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH CARLSBAD CHRISTMAS BUREAU. WHEREAS, Carlsbad Christmas Bureau has requested the waiver of fees and costs associated with service for the Carlsbad Christmas Bureau; and WHEREAS, staff determined the Special Event Application fee and Streets Department traffic control equipment and labor are necessary to assist with the Carlsbad Christmas Bureau; and WHEREAS, staff determined the cost of providing the Special Event Permit and Streets Department traffic control equipment and labor for the Carlsbad Christmas Bureau is $557.25. 1. That the above recitations are true and correct. 14 2. That the City Council elects to appropriate the funds requested. 15 3.
