RESOLUTION NO. 2006-347
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE WORK AS
COMPLETE AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION OF THE
NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR TOT LOT IMPROVEMENTS
2005-2006. CONTRACT NO. 39441 AND PROJECT NO. PKS 06-01 .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has previously

appropriated
Infrastructure Replacement Funds to perform Tot Lot Improvements 2005-2006, hereinafter
referred to as the "Project"; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously awarded a contract for the Project; and
WHEREAS, the Project work has been satisfactorily completed; and
WHEREAS, a formal Notice of Completion has been prepared for the Project;and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds it necessary, desirable, and in the public interest
to accept the completed work to perform Tot Lot Improvements 2005-2006.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
California, as follows:
1 . That the above recitations are true and correct.

2. That the completed work is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is directed to record
the Notice of Completion and release the bonds for said Project.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad on the 5th day of December, 2006, by the following vote:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Hall, Kulchin, Packard, Sigafoose
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
