RESOLUTION NO. 2006-348
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
3 CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE DONATION
FROM CARLSBAD SENIOR CITIZENS' ASSOCIATION IN THE
4 AMOUNT ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,000) IN SUPPORT
OF THE CARLSBAD SENIOR CENTER.
6 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, wishes to accept
7 this donation and acknowledge the generosity and support of Carlsbad Senior Citizens
Association.
WHEREAS, on October 5, 2006 the Senior Commission recommended
acceptance of a cash donation $1000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
12 Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council does hereby accept the cash donation totaling One
Thousand dollars ($1000.00).

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad on the 5th day of December, 2006, by the following vote:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Hall, Kulchin, Packard, Sigafoose
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
