RESOLUTION NO. 2006-350
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE WORK AS COMPLETE
AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION OF THE NOTICE OF
COMPLETION FOR FURNISH AND INSTALL FOUR NEW ROOFS AT
MULITIPLE CITY STRUCTURES. CONTRACT NO. PWS06-25FAC.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has previously appropriated

Facilities
Capital Outlay Funds to Furnish and Install Four New Roofs at Multiple City structures, hereinafter
referred to as the "Project"; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously awarded a contract for the Project; and
WHEREAS, the Project work has been satisfactorily completed; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion has been prepared for the Project; and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds it necessary, desirable, and in the public interest
to accept the completed work to Furnish and Install Four New Roofs at Multiple City Structures.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
California, as follows:
1 . That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the completed work is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is directed
the Notice of Completion and release the bonds for said Project.

of the City of Carlsbad on the 5th day of December, 2006, by the following vote:
