2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, REFUNDING BUSINESS TAX
3 PAYMENTS TO ELECTRONIC ONLINE SYSTEMS
4 INTERNATIONAL

WHEREAS, Electronic Online Systems International overpaid their business
6
license taxes to the City of Carlsbad; and
7
WHEREAS, the Finance Department confirmed the overpayment by Electronic
8
9 Online Systems International and verified the refund amount.
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
11 Carlsbad, California, as follows:
12 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
13 2. That the refund of business license tax of $550.88 to Electronic Online
14
Systems is authorized.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad on the 12th day of December, 2006, by the following vote:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Hall, Kulchin, Packard, Sigafoose.
NOES: None.
