EXTENSION, PROJECT NO. 3840-1

WHEREAS, the construction of the Woodstock Sewer Pipeline Extension has been

completed to the City's satisfaction by Dominguez General Engineering Contractor on January 25,
6
2007; and
7
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,9
California, as follows:10
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.

RESOLUTION NO. 2007-032
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION
CONTRACT ON THE WOODSTOCK SEWER PIPELINE
2. That the Woodstock Sewer Pipeline Extension, specifically identified as Project
No. 3840-1, is deemed complete and is hereby accepted by the City Council of the City of
14 Carlsbad.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to
release bonds in accordance with State Law and City Ordinances for the Woodstock Sewer
Pipeline Extension, Project No. 3840-1.
