A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE

MEMBER TO THE DESIGN REVIEW BOARD

WHEREAS, the need exists to appoint a member of the Planning Commission to
fill the remainder of the term of Courtney Heineman, which expires in
