HomeMy WebLinkAbout2007-05-22; City Council; Resolution 2007-118Exhibit 3 1 RESOLUTION NO. 2007-118 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING THE 3 POSITION OF DEVELOPMENT SERVICES MANAGER 4 AND AMENDING THE MANAGEMENT SALARY SCHEDULE AND CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE. 5 6 WHEREAS, it is desirable to ensure top quality customer services to the development 7 services counter activities; and O0 WHEREAS, it is necessary to establish a new position of Development Services 9 Manager to provide that support of customer relations in Community Development. 10 11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of 12 Carlsbad, California, as follows: 14 1. That the above recitations are true and correct. 15 2.
