2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, TO SET A DATE TO
3 CONTINUE A PUBLIC HEARING FOR ASSESSMENT
4 DISTRICT NO. 2003-01 (COLLEGE BOULEVARD AND
CANNON ROAD EAST)

6 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California previously set a
7 public hearing date of June 19, 2007 to hear public comment on the increase and
8 modification of the assessments levied on the Assessment District No. 2003-01
9
(College Boulevard and Cannon Road East) within Benefit Area No. 2; and
10 WHEREAS, the final assessments are predicated on the completion of the final
11
map; and
12
WHEREAS, the final map is not complete.

15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
16 Carlsbad, California, as follows:
17 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
18 2. That the City Council of the City of Carlsbad continues the public hearing
19
on the increase and modification of the assessments levied on the Assessment District
20
No. 2003-01 (College Boulevard and Cannon Road East) within Benefit Area No. 2 to
21
October 2, 2007.22

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad on the 19th day of June, 2007, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Hall and Packard.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Council Members Kulchin and Nygaerd
