2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER
3 TO THE PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION

5 WHEREAS, the term of Commissioner Leo Pacheco expires in August 2007.
6 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
7 Carlsbad, California, as follows:
8 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
9 2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve as a member of
10 the Parks and Recreation Commission for a term to expire in August 2011:
